Welcome to the OPTI-West Educational Consortium (OWEC) Website. In it you will find information about the consortium, its mission, vision, and values as well as its associate members and their programs. To facilitate your planning for the Osteopathic Graduate Medical Education Match, we have standardized the information of each associate member and its program(s). Please feel free to contact me for additional information or assistance in your application to OWEC GME programs. Welcome to the OPTI-West Website. As you browse through it, please note the various links to our affiliates. We are pleased to offer over 24 OGME training opportunities, 90 approved internships and 154 approved residency slots. Our mission is one of constant innovation of our educational programs and value added services for all OPTI-West partners and trainees. Our consortium stresses collaborative effort and excellence through partnership and empowerment of the graduate medical education process.
